Step by Step Voucher Activation Instructions
PLEASE NOTE: YOU'RE GROUPON/LIVING SOCIAL DEALS ARE NOT AUTOMATICALLY ACTIVATED WHEN YOU CREATE AN ACCOUNT. ONE OF OUR STAFF MEMBERS HAS TO MANUALLY ADD THE CLASSES TO YOUR ACCOUNT ONCE IT IS CREATED.
1. Use the button in the upper right hand corner and choose the location you would like to attend. This will take you to the scheduler for that location.
2. Next, you will need to create an account. Once you have chosen your location from the step above, you should see a screen like this, and it may look different depending on the location you chose. In the upper right hand corner you will see a place where it says "sign up!"
3. Once your account profile is created, return to our website. Choose your location from the menu. This will take you to your location's page.
4. On the location page, you will find an email address. Email you Groupon voucher number (which looks something like this: 3425-TY) to the email for your chosen location.
5. Once you have emailed us notifying us that you have created an account and have provided your 8 DIGIT Groupon voucher number LOCATED UNDER THE BARCODE or Living Social number, a staff member will add the classes to your newly created account and respond to you letting you know that you are ready to schedule classes. You will then be able to login to your account and start scheduling classes.
• We will need to activate you're voucher BEFORE you can sign up.
• Please allow up to one business day for your voucher to be activated.
• Please note – we have a strict 12 hour cancellation policy, ANY CLASS CANCELLED WITHOUT A 24 hr NOTICE WILL BE LOST. NO EXCEPTIONS

2. 24 hour cancellation policy is strictly enforced.
3.PLEASE ALLOW up to 1 BUSINESS DAY FOR YOUR VOUCHER TO BEACTIVATED.
