A great class for all clients wanting to know more! This is not solely a beginner’s class, although those new to Pilates are encouraged to start with here! This equipment-based class will keep you moving but also takes the time to talk about Pilates foundations and principles while offering several hands on adjustments and corrections. This is a positive, supportive, and encouraging way to begin to build more strength and endurance head to toe!
Do you run, cycle, or do regular boot camp work outs? Then this class will be an excellent cross training workout for you! Club Pilates “Stretchilates” includes a 10-15 minute full body warm up using the Pilates Reformer. After that we will effectively and safely you take you through exercises that will stretch your entire body. Expect to use several different pieces of equipment in this class including the reformer, exo chair, spring board, and foam roller. You will learn to use breathing, Pilates fundamentals, and muscle contraction techniques to lengthen tight muscles that cause pain and limitations.
CP Reformer Plus 1
Our CP Reformer Plus 1 class is our Signature Level 1 class. This class is a total body work out utilizing all apparatus available at Club Pilates. This class is a flowing and challenging yet safe work out. Ideal for those who are new to fitness, pregnant or have injuries. Level 1 classes are challenging yet nurturing. All Signature Club Pilates Classes are Reformer based PLUS we use all other equipment available at your local Club Pilates Studio.
CP Reformer Plus 1.5
Our Signature CP Reformer Plus 1.5 class finds that happy spot in between our Level 1 and Level 2 classes. A full body workout is guaranteed each time. This class is intermediate in intensity and perfect for your daily Pilates practice. All Signature Club Pilates Classes are Reformer based PLUS we use all other equipment available at your local Club Pilates Studio.
CP Reformer Plus 2
Our Signature CP Reformer Plus 2 class is our most popular all levels intermediate class offered at Club Pilates. This flowing equipment class is fast paced, full body and will leaving you shaking and craving more. All Signature Club Pilates Classes are Reformer based PLUS we use all other equipment available at your local Club Pilates Studio.
CP Reformer Plus 2.5
Our Signature CP Reformer Plus 2.5 class is our most intense "Boot Camp" apparatus class. This class combines dumbbells and super setting to take your body and fitness to the next level. All Signature Club Pilates Classes are Reformer based PLUS we use all other equipment available at your local Club Pilates Studio.
CP Barre Reformer Fusion 2
Our Barre Reformer Fusion class - booty-bustin', quad-quakin' Barre exercises combined with our Level 2 Reformer repertoire.
This Class is still a Reformer based apparatus class but expect more challenge and fun as we use the Barre in addition to all of the other Pilates Apparatus. Reshape and Redefine.
CP Cardio Sculpt 2
Our CP Cardio Sculpt class- 25 minutes of jumping on the reformer + 25 minutes of apparatus Pilates work. This class incorporates jumping on the reformer as an additional cardio workout, while circuit training other Pilates Apparatus' and strength training exercises. Utilize the Reformer, EXO CHAIR, Springboard (aka Cadillac), Fuse multiple Pilates modalities to sculpt and trim, activate the core and strengthen the entire body. This class, like all classes, will train your muscles isometrically, eccentrically and concentrically to yield the greatest metabolic response for your body.
