CP Reformer Plus

Treat yourself to our most popular Club Pilates Signature class! The CP Reformer Plus workout will refresh your mind and body leaving you feeling happy, balanced, and recharged. This class creates long, lean muscles and improves posture by mobilizing your spine through several ranges of motion including flexion, extension, lateral flexion, and rotation using traditional Pilates apparatus such as the REFORMER, CHAIR, and SPRINGBOARD while infusing small props like weights, the Pilates ring, BOSU, and more. This 50 minute class will fly by with endless exercise possibilities, so be prepared to have fun while improving your flexibility, muscle tone, and core strength! Warning – regular CP Reformer Plus classes are addictive and will greatly enhance the quality of your life.

CP Barre Fusion

The CP Barre Reformer Fusion class is a booty-bustin', quad-quakin', long lean muscle makin’ Ballet Barre workout combined with your favorite CP Reformer Plus repertoire. This Class is Reformer based but also incorporates the amazing benefits of training on the Ballet Barre. Lengthen, strengthen, tone, and define every muscle in your body in this fun and fluid class. Expect to spend up to 25 minutes at the Barre and 25 minutes on a variety of Pilates equipment including the REFORMER and CHAIR to truly give you the best of both worlds. This class offers a proportional full body workout reshaping your buns, abs, arms, and thighs while creating long and lean muscles that are flexible and strong!

CP Cardio Sculpt

Our CP Cardio Sculpt class incorporates up to 25 minutes of jumping using the REFORMER jumpboard with 25 minutes of your favorite CP Reformer Plus class! This workout includes low impact jumping on the reformer to give you an awesome cardio boost as well as circuit training on traditional Pilates equipment challenging the entire body. Utilizing the REFORMER, CHAIR, and SPRINGBOARD this workout fuses multiple Pilates modalities to sculpt and trim hard to target areas while engaging the core and strengthening the body proportionally. This class, like all our classes, will train your muscles isometrically, eccentrically and concentrically to yield the greatest metabolic response for your body. You will leave feeling challenged yet invigorated!

CP Tone – Arms and Core

CP TONE is the perfect class for those wanting to focus on toning a specific area of the body. In this class you will use a variety of Pilates equipment including but not limited to the REFORMER, CHAIR, and SPRINGBOARD to help target and define your core - including abdominals and back muscles - as well as strengthen and tone your entire upper body. This class begins with a 15 minute invigorating full body warm up and continues with 35 glorious minutes of muscle specific training. CP Tone - Arms and Core will strengthen and sculpt beautiful biceps, toned triceps, defined delts, outrageous obliques, and awesome abs. Mix and match with other TONE classes to customize your weekly routine.

CP Tone – Legs and Glutes

CP TONE is the perfect class for those wanting to focus on toning a specific area of the body. Expect to use a variety of Pilates equipment including but not limited to the REFORMER, CHAIR, and SPRINGBOARD to help target and define your buns, lower body and of course your core! This class begins with a 15 minute invigorating full body warm up and continues with 35 inspiring minutes of muscle specific training. CP Tone - Legs and Glutes will strengthen and sculpt gorgeous glutes, toned thighs, happy hamstrings, slim side booty, and incredible inner thighs! Mix and match with other TONE classes to customize your weekly routine.

Club Pilates F.I.T

The Club Pilates F.I.T class is the ultimate fusion Pilates/Fitness class combining Functional Interval Training with our CP Reformer Plus workout. It is a dynamic, fun, fast-paced class focused on form, alignment and improving muscle strength and endurance while burning some serious calories! Expect to be challenged from start to finish with elements of balance, coordination, and cardio conditioning in an upbeat and motivating environment. You will use a variety of Pilates equipment including the REFORMER, CHAIR, SPRINGBOARD plus weights and BOSU while infusing elements of strength training and cardio drills. Exercises in this class are selected to help improve athletic performance, strengthen the body proportionally, and improve precision, agility and control. When one muscle group fatigues a different area will be targeted allowing you to maintain correct form as you push beyond your limits without sacrificing form.

CP Stretch-ilates

Do you run, cycle, or do regular boot camp workouts? If yes - this class will be an excellent cross training workout for you! Club Pilates “Stretchilates” includes a 10-15 minute full body warm up using the Pilates Reformer. After that we will effectively and safely take you through exercises that will stretch and lengthen muscles head to toe. Expect to use several different pieces of equipment in this class including the REFORMER, CHAIR, SPRINGBOARD, as well as toys like the foam roller and tennis balls used for myofascial release. You will learn how to incorporate breathing, active stretches, and muscle contraction techniques to lengthen tight muscles that cause pain and limitations. This equipment and movement based class keeps a moderate flow using the reformer and other apparatus. Try it; your body will thank you!

CP Suspension Reformer Combo

This class combines the awesome benefits of suspension training using the TRX Training System with your favorite CP Reformer Plus workout! Enjoy up to 25 minutes on the TRX and 25 minutes on the Pilates REFORMER, and CHAIR. Be prepared to work muscles you never knew you had while having a blast! This class is an excellent choice for those who enjoy running, golf, tennis, and cycling as it’s athletic approach to Pilates will enhance your strength and coordination, making you more efficient and agile in your favorite hobbies! As always, you will lengthen and rebalance as you restore functionality to your entire body.

CP Restore-ilates

Feeling a little intimidated by all that bizarre looking Pilates equipment? New to Pilates, have injuries, or just want a slower pace to take it all in? This is your class!! This REFORMER based class will keep your body moving but also takes the time to ensure you learn and properly apply Pilates foundations and principles. Instructors will offer several hands-on, individualized adjustments and corrections to help you learn proper form. This is a positive, supportive, and encouraging way to begin to build more strength and endurance as you restore health and stamina to your body! Here you will learn the modifications you may need to use in more advanced level classes as well as become more comfortable with exercise names, how to safely use the Pilates equipment, and begin to understand the “why” behind each exercise.

Club Pilates Teens

Finally, the perfect class for those 12-16 years old! This is an ideal age to teach correct posture, improve muscle sequencing patterns, learn precision and alignment, and build the confidence and spatial awareness your teen will need as they grow. Whether they need a competitive edge in their favorite hobby, cross training for a specific sport, or just interested in movement and fitness, this class will inspire and educate while keeping them focused. CP Teen is a fun, safe environment that will teach your teen proper movement biomechanics using the REFORMER, SPRINGBOARD and other equipment. It’s never too soon to develop good posture and healthy habits!   

Level 1 - If you have always wanted to try Pilates but don’t know where to start.

For those brand new or somewhat new to Pilates, those with limitations or injuries yet wanting to move their bodies safely, feel their muscles working, and become more familiar with the Pilates apparatus. Every exercise in this level will have a modification allowing each person several options to adapt the movement to meet their needs. Exercises will be safe yet effective and challenge the beginner client appropriately head to toe. Client’s are encouraged to listen to their bodies and take rests as needed but the class will have a moderate pace and continuous flow. This is a fun and supportive level to begin building strength and balance while improving flexibility. Ideal Pilates experience: 0-6 months

Level 1.5 - Continue to build on the Pilates Fundamentals!

A perfect level for those still learning Pilates principles but who can feel the benefits of the Pilates practice, including improved strength and endurance and feel more comfortable on the Pilates equipment. Those with limitations or special populations( like the Prenatal client) are welcome to attend this level, just be sure to arrive a few minutes early to let your instructor know the details of your condition. In this level, the tempo is moderate yet focused without stopping the class flow. Intermediate exercises are introduced but modifications are always provided. Ideal Pilates experience: 0-6 months

Level 2 - An inspiring and uplifting class that will challenge the mind and body.

For clients who feel they have an understanding of Pilates principles and are beginning to feel more in tune with their own body. Intermediate level exercises are chosen while increased repetitions, combinations, and dynamic movement patterns create a more challenging environment. Form and alignment are key as you flow seamlessly from one movement to the next. Ideal Pilates experience: 6-12 months

Level 2.5 -That little “.5” makes a big difference!

In this class clients are challenged with both strength and endurance exercises. Movements are executed without formal breaks or rests although clients are always encouraged to listen to their bodies. Exercises in this class are selected to help improve athletic performance, balance, strength and control. When one muscle group fatigues a different area will be targeted, allowing clients to maintain correct form as they push beyond their limits. Ideal Pilates experience: 6-12 months
